The age old question... is it the Kimberley? Or Kimberleys?

It's a common talking point around the caravan parks, or sitting on top of a waterfall and overhearing a different term being used for this beautiful region.

I understand it's a difficult topic to broach when you don't have a solid reference to back it up mid conversation...

Well, it's your lucky day as this webpage now exists, you're welcome.

So...

I have done the research...

After many hours...

**Many years...

Many discussions...

Some serious thinking and pondering time...

As we all know this is a common debate topic...

And many people who live here are quite protective of the correct term...

Because of course, there is...

Only one...

Spectacular...

Incredible...

Majestic...

...

...Kimberley region!

Kinda like when someone says they are thinking about a Pacific moment, and we gently correct them. It's ok though, we're all human. We can now all work together to educate, inform and guide our peers (and strangers), in the right direction.

(There are also some additions floating around the interwebs - such as the Kimberly, Kimberlys, Kimberley's, Kimberly's, Kimberlies... please know that it hurt to type these out. Every time one of these versions is used, a puppy cries. You don't want any puppies to be upset do you!?)
