LBP1080 - King George Falls Gorge Walls
The King George Falls are well known as a bucket-list item to visit when in the Kimberley.
I was very fortunate to be able to visit this area on a cruise with the Kimberley Quest, right after a several day downpour of rain following a cyclone that crossed the North Kimberley Coast.
This place is extraordinary and anyone who has been here would understand the feeling you get when in the presence of the King George River and the falls. It's one of the most amazing places that I have ever been to and I hope to return many times to come.
This shot in particular helps you gain a perspective for the size of the sheer cliff faces lining the river, such a beautiful place.
This is an experience I will never forget, from a very special part of the Kimberley region.
