The Project

The start of 2020 was an unusual time for all of us, with many unknowns entering our lives. I could feel a mood shift in our community, apprehension slowly creeping in.

As the situation changed daily, it was a hard time to keep spirits high. During this time I was inspired by the work of another photographer which really struck a chord with me. From here... Kununurra and Wyndham’s version of The Driveway Project was born.

Over a jam packed 5 weeks, 150 homes were photographed in the gorgeous afternoon Kimberley sunlight. As the weeks went on, there was an overwhelming outpour of support not only from those in the project, but from everyone following along at home.

At a time when we had no choice but to disconnect from each other, we gained an avenue to feel more connected than ever.
